Our goal was to elevate the KCV brand with a bold, modern, and sophisticated visual identity that resonates with stakeholders, lawmakers, funders, and faculty/students at regional Kentucky universities. The new graphics create a cohesive system aimed at highlighting KCV's impactful work and guiding their leadership with clarity.

KCV enthusiastically embraced the new brand, launching it across all digital platforms. The brand has been well-received by their audience, contributing to enhanced recognition and support for their mission.

How did I get here?

THE LETTER K
Because this logo represents a Kentucky-based initiative the use of the letter K as a prominent part of the logo I felt was important to feature.
ARROW
KCV is a forward-thinking organization leading the charge on bringing innovation to light. As a impactful program and the guide to so many regional universities the symbolism of the arrow was relevant to include.
QUILT/COMMUNITY
Across the rural parts of Kentucky barn quilts adorn our farms. The quilt pattern is a visual nod to the connectedness of the larger community. This is similar to how KCV connects the regional universities and provides that sense of community to theinnovators it serves.
